Real life underground fight clubs do exist

Sorry to break the first rule of Fight Club but…

It turns out the eponymous cult film Fight Club wasn’t fiction at all. Across America there exist real underground fight clubs. A photographer who stumbled upon one such illegal club in Lower East Side Manhattan talked about the ‘rush’ and ‘grit’ and the ‘sensory overload of the environment.’
