The massively addictive video game Football Manager has been cited in over 35 divorce cases. Football Manager is a football management simulation video game where you build up your team and take on the manager’s responsibilities in a professional football club.

Unlike other video games there is no end to Football Manager. One man worked out that he had played the game for an average of three hours a day over a 20 year period, equating to 2 and half years of his life.
