Looking after a child burns more calories than some extreme sports
The effort of looking after a small child is the same as extreme sports such as Hang Gliding.
A Harvard University Study showed that you burn more calories bathing, feeding and caring for a small child than sports such as weight-lifting or water-volleyball.
