Ditch the bra to have firmer breasts?
A French researcher has suggested that wearing a bra encourages sagging by weakening the breast’s supporting tissue.
In a 15-year study, a sports science expert from the University of Besançon Rouillon found that women who never wore bras had nipples on average seven millimeters higher in relation to their shoulders each year than regular bra users.
Rouillon, whose study include hundreds of women aged 18-35, concluded that bras do more harm than good and without wearing bras “There is widespread improvement in the orientation of their breasts.”
